Lizard Men Lizardfolk are primitive reptilian humanoids typically standing from six to seven feet (1.8 to 2.1m) tall. Their scales are normally dull, earthy colors such as green, brown, or gray. They have a tail for balance, which measures three to four feet (0.9 to 1.2m) long. Typical weight is between 200 and 250 pounds (90 and 113 kg). There are several species of lizardfolk however, and these can range from three-foot (0.9m) tall pygmies, to nine-foot (2.7m) tall giants.

KoboldsKobolds are aggressive, xenophobic, yet industrious small humanoid creatures. They are noted for their skill at building traps and preparing ambushes. Kobolds are distantly related to dragons,[1] and are often found serving them as minions. Kobolds speak a version of draconic, with a yipping accent. Kobolds are also sensitive to light.

GhastsGhasts are a subtype of ghouls. They resemble very closely their undead cousin, except perhaps being just a bit more slender and ghost-like. Ghasts are also far more deadly and cunning, with their paralytic touch dangerously affecting elves. Ghasts are chaotic evil in alignment. Like ghouls, ghasts speak whatever language they did in life.

Tressym are beautiful, fluffy, winged cats, closely related to the small, feral cats native to the woodlands of the Heartlands of the Realms - the cats domesticated by many in the Dales, Sembia, Cormyr, the Moonsea cities, and the Sword Coast. Tressym vary in the hues and fur-lengths of their coats as much as normal (wingless) cats do. Most resemble a short-haired gray, tabby, or black cat, with two batlike wings at their well-muscled shoulders. Tressym wings have feathers. The leathery membranous wings are divided into arc-segments by hollow bones, rather like the elongated fingers of a bat divide up its wings, but the leathery membrane is covered in feathers.

Naga are dark and magical creatures who are reputed to have a secret society all over the Realms. Killing one Naga, marks you as their racial enemy and allegedly they will not rest until you are defeated. They are often controlled or accompanied by Yaun-Ti.

Yaun-ti are essentially the mixing of humanoids races and snakes. They have a number of sub races, however, the most insidious of them is the Pureblood. Purebloods appear mostly human, with minor reptilian features, such as slitted eyes, a forked tongue, or patches of scales on their skin. They serve as diplomats and infiltrators, pretending to be human.

LIzard kings and queens (as the female equivalent are known), are the demonic offspring of Lizard folk and denizens of the lower planes. More intelligent, evil and crueler than normal lizard folk. Lizard kings end up as rulers of many tribes and these tribes tend to be more advanced technologically than standard tribes It is rumoured that they need to eat the hearts of intelligent creatures each week to survive. BTW - Sssakathka is not a standard Lizard King.
