Couldnt move so just copied and pasted. Ill delete the other posts...
OOC - 600gp you had in a chest.
100gp was takne by Zeric to pay for registration
take 2gp away for all the drinks etc you drank. That leaves 497gold 9 silver and 10 copper between 12 of you. More than enough for drinks in the Inn!
Or 41 gold 4 silver and a copper each well thats between 12
According to my calculations, Im now keeping a sheet....
Has anyone decided on a treasure policy?

OOC: What's the usual set-up for registering a company. Are we all listed as equal partners or is someone listed as the owner?
I'm presuming that we'll have some sort of 'pot' to pay out communal expenses, with a wage & agreed share of treasure?

OOC - Actually the choice is yours, at a guess it might be a good time to document it. Have it signed by the baroness as a witness and hey presto.
Ill highlight what I think is your options
1. Equal Shares for everyone
2. Equal Shares for everyone +1 add in a communal pot to allow for healing and other costs.
3. One communal pot with wages being paid to each individual member
4. Leader and ranking members get shares based on contribution. Communal pot out of which part time members get paid wages.
Thats just for money, jewels and art. All can be converted into money and divided as you want. Magic Items are a little different,
1. convert into cash as above and divide. Tho' I tend to make the buying of Magic items difficult to say the least.
2. Everyone has equal share of Magic items, everyone takes a pick until items run out. Those who didnt have a choice last time get first choice next time, I guess you can barter picks as well.
3. use as need be, magic items are pooled and loaned out to members on an need by need basis.
I may move these posts to a seperate off topic post.

Go on, move 'em elsewhere then I'll chip in with my comments.
