That's what I like about you, Paul. You're such a cheery bastard. (actually, this is a good idea; I remember suggesting one to John, back when we were playing Dredd, you know, a page on his site)

Alzhedo is a Calimshan native, whose past is unknown until he arrived in Daggerford some three winters ago. Since then he has been a regular worshiper at the House of the Morninglord in the town, sleeping on the floor of the temple and refusing to be housed anywhere else. Quoting he had a mission from his god to complete, bu tnot telling anyone what this mission was. After a year he volunteered his services to the militia, but was dumped into the Misfits due to his apparent pacifism and apparent contempt for command. This changed when Cathmhaol joined the militia, the monk seemingly came to life and joined the newly formed Cromm's Daggers, becoming a rather solid fighter during the Lizard Raid.
Alzhedo only carries a quarterstaff and often fights with his bare hands, prefering to subdue opponents where possible. He's a dark skinned man of over 6feet tallwho casts an imposing shadow. His shaved head, fur lined clothes and thick accent, betray his southern origins.

Bellada's family were refugees in Daggerford after the fall of Illefarn, the great northern land ruled by Dwarves and Elves. Born in the town, she was destined to become a smith like the rest of her family but her skill for a dwarf was somewhat wanting. Though skillfull with an axe, she was always fairly uncomfortable in heavier armours, preferring those made of leather or no armour at all. Again unusual for a dwarf. She also found it easy to secret gear and things away from the family forge, without ever getting caught. A couple of winters ago, to get her trained in some form of combat and with the hope she might come back wanting to learn smithing, her family instructed her to join the militia. Which really led her to become more independent, even if she was in the Misfits. When Cathmhaol asked her to join the Cromm's Daggers from the militia, Bellada jumped at the chance to make a name for herself.
A smelly female dwarf Bellanda has a matted beard and long plats in his hair. Due to personal hygiene issues and this dwarf’s gruff and blunt demeanour, no one wants to work with him. He carries a large Dwarven axe, whose size scares many and refuses to carry any other weapon with the exception of a spear. The only person she really gets on with in the militia is Throgbur. The two often chatting during any downtime.

Also known as Garrion the Quick.
An orphan who grew up in the work houses of Daggerford. This fourteen year old boy is an accomplished pick pocket, who calls himself "the best thief in all of Daggerford". His contacts in the criminal underworld within the town are fairly good and he was a known member of the Thieves Guild.
Unfortunately for the boy his bravado and his cockiness have got him caught on more than one occassion. Leading to his community service in the militia. Before leaving the Militia to join 'Daggers. He is something of a favourite of the leader Cathmhaol who seems to see some potential in the cocky orphan.
Cocky and confident, Garri could be described as arrogant. His hair is unkempt but short coupled with his piercing blue eyes make him look younger than he actually is. Garri seems a reasonable fighter with his rapier, which he allegedly stole from a passing merchant.

Myr Vespa was a wandering priest of Sune, who originally hails from the city of Waterdeep. Unfortunately, she was wintering in Daggerford when she decided to assist in the prostitute area of the town. Helping the ladies of the night, with their health and protection, she was picked up by a militia patrol and charged with prostitution. Rather than bring her church and god into disrepute, she pleaded guilty and took her punishment as forced membership of the militia. To get out of this punishment she has taken the offer of joining the Daggers when Cathmhaol and Zeric asked.
Myr is a half-elf female with bright red hair and a figure that can only be described as voluptuous. Though tall she is exceptionally beautiful. She is aloof and without any real friends, though she has something of an antagonistic relationship with Sir Kenderick and a playful older sister style relationship with Garri.

The halfling Perrin Barrlestone is just called Perry by everyone who knows him. He is rather small even for a halfling, being close to three feet tall but has a rather muscular physique. Originally hailing from Lurien the land of the halflings, he has travelled North for unknown reasons.
Perry is a halfling who fights with 2 curved daggers with a shaven head. His skill with a dagger is undeniable. Carrying a short bow over his shoulder, with which he seems to be rather skilled with. Mocked due to his small size by the rest of the militia. Perrin was put in the Misfits as they have no idea what to do with him. He dresses simply in furs and woolens protecting him from the cold.

Kendrick is a pompous Paladin. However he is an arrogant man, who no one seems to like. He wears chainmail armour and has full shield with a blue dragon on a silver field. Ruggedly handsome with a perfectly manicured moustache and dark piercing eyes, Kendrick is the sort of man who gets the woman he wants. He currently has his eye on Myr, who keeps rejecting his advances.

Kally claims to be a Kobold bard, who writes poems and songs. However his compositions are generally out of tune and poorly structured. So much so that no one wants to serve with this non- human. Small wiry and reptilian, this kobold is disliked by almost all. His constant strives for acceptance making him even more annoying

Dark brooding Barons son, whose always gets into trouble. His father placed him in the militia, to try and teach him some discipline. However, his lack of respect for authority, has caused his superiors to place him in the Misfits. A move he resents. He is considered tall dark and handsome, having many suitors from the Barons daughters around Daggerford. However, his interest in this is minimal. His black curly hair is cut short and his brown eyes are dark and moody.

Bregl was born in Amphail village, 28 years ago. His mother was human, his father an unknown wood elf. His mother worked as one of the dancing girls in Mother Gothals in Amphail, and Bregl's early childhood was one surrounded by music, dancing and (mostly) joy. His mother always raised him as a human and never mentioned his mixed-race, keeping it as well hidden as possible from the others at Mother Gothals. On the untimely death of his mother at 12 years old, Bregl stayed at the inn for a year or so, getting a good reputation as a singer and musician. It was at around the age of 14 that he decided to leave the safety and comfort of Amphail and seek a life of his own. After a few years learning his trade, odd-jobbing in various inns and taverns along the Long Road, the call of Waterdeep was too much to ignore, and on his 21st birthday, Bregl found himself in the City of Splendours. Bregl's been there since, doing what he can to survive; working in the inns, singing, dancing and playing his beloved lute (it was his mother's), and generally living by his wits. Bregl's a happy-go-lucky kind of guy. Always trying to see the bright side of a situation, he enjoys being the underdog, and loves nothing more than a chance to "stick it to the man." Whist he's no weakling, his years of self-reliance have taught him that it's often better to try to talk your way out of trouble, and his tongue can often be as sharp as the strongest fighter's blade. He's tall (6'1") and of very slender build, with dark, almost copper-coloured skin, hair and beard. He's not usually recognised as a half-elf, and he prefers to keep human company, having little in common with elves and their odd ways. He recently decided to explore a bit more of the realms, and left Waterdeep, heading south on a ship to Baldur's Gate. Where he wintered, before travelling north on a merchants wagon train, intent on investigating the Grand Playhouse in Daggerford. On the way north, disaster struck.. Little is known of the Paladin called Aribella. She is obviously from southern lands due to her slight accent. However, she is extremely well educated and well spoken betraying her temple upbringing. The lady skin seems to glow and betrays her otherworldly heritage, her amber eyes and her beautiful glowing smile seem to light up a room.
